Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

We carefully inspect and package every order. However, manufacturers may ship products with minor shelf wear, light creases, small dents, paint imperfections, or packaging variations. Minor cosmetic imperfections to the manufacturer's packaging do not constitute damage and are not valid reasons for a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Hidden Toy Vault is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return policy outlined above.
